GUARANTEE CONTRACTS OF USE

During our various meetings with VAUBAN 21, we expressed the desire of some of you to subscribe to a CGU with a boat less than 13 M long.
After two refusals, VAUBAN 21 has changed its position and is now ready to study this possibility.

We ask you to confirm your interest in this type of contract in order to send a list of requests to Vauban 21, and we remain awaiting your response.

However, we are at the needs survey stage and the final decision on the application of these CGU will naturally be taken by VAUBAN 21.



For information, we are in possession of a judgment of the Administrative Court of TOULON which rejects the request of a complainant who called into question the validity of these contracts.
